This is a newly constructed complex, situated in the quiet Cala Santandrํa bay, 200 m from the beach and 2.5 km from Ciutadella, next door to the Prinsotel La Caleta.
The complex is comprised of 76 apartments distributed in 2 blocks with one and two floors respectively. Each apartment has a bedroom and living-dining room with sofa beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom, balcony, air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and safety deposit box (to rent).
Half board consists of a varied and plentiful buffet of hot and cold dishes, for both breakfast and dinner. The oblong dining room is located in the air-conditioned main building of the Prinsotel La Caleta Hotel, along with the bar and the lounge.
Alternatively, there is a snack bar on the pool area.
In the garden there is a swimming pool for adults and children, a sunbathing area with sunbeds and umbrellas and a childrens play area. The lounge in the central building has a satellite TV and card/board games. There is an entertainment programme held in the premises.
The air-conditioned central building holds the reception. Money exchange, car, moped and bicycle hire are also available in the reception at Prinsotel La Caleta Hotel.
In the area there are plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops, and a bus stop for the regular public bus service to Ciutadella and the surrounding area.
The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner (timetable can be found at the reception), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Lunch is served at the snack bar when guests are few. During meals soft drinks, juices, national beer & wine are offered. A variety of snacks is available between 10:00 & 23:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc are served from 10:00-23:00 at selected bars.
Sport facilities at the hotel include different sports offered with the entertainment programme. There is also animation programme for all guests.
