Reservations
Procedure
The reservation doesn’t
proceed until receiving your request in writing, either
by letter, fax or e-mail.
Payment.
To confirm your reservation, it is necessary that we receive
your deposit (20% of the total), within the time limit stated
on our reservations confirmation form. (50% in the case
of chalets, villas or country houses).
The remaining amount should be received not less than 7
days before arrival (14 days for chalets, villas and country
houses).
Once the total amount has been received, we will send you
confirmation of services requested via fax or e-mail, as
well as the invoice for the same, for which we shall require
your full details (name, surname, address, passport number,
etc.)
The monies to be paid can be made via a Bank transfer, debit
or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). For credit card payments
you can give the details to authorise the amount or use
our Secure
form.
In the case of payments made from outside Spain, there
will be an additional cost of 6€ per reservation, added
to the total amount of the invoice.

Cancellations.
Cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date we will
refund monies already paid, less 30€ for administration
costs. Between 30 days and 7 days before arrival you
will be charged 20% of the total amount (chalets, villas
and country houses 50%). Less than 7 days before arrival,
then a full 100% cancellation charge will be applied
(less than 14 days for chalets, villas and country houses)
Responsabilities.
Viajes San Luis acts as sole intermediary between
the customers and services requested: hotels, apartments,
chalets, etc. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility
for lost or damaged luggage, robberies, damages or accidents,
outside the administration of the Agency.
Complaints
Viajes San Luis can only deal with complaints made during
your stay. In this way we hope to solve any such problems
without delay.

On your return from your holidays,
we ask that you please send us your opinion of our services
and complete the simple questionnaire, which will help us
to improve in every way possible.
